Kismet, fate, destiny.
Sometimes things in life just come together perfectly, as if they were truly meant to be. That is exactly what happened with the yarn for this design, inspiring this understated summer tank.

Kismet is a swingy tank top worked in the round from the bottom up, beginning with a garter stitch edge, then alternating contrasting stripes in stockinette stitch. The chest is knit flat in the main color and grafted at the shoulders. The neckline is finished with an I-cord edging in contrast color with decorative buttons added at the neck, if desired.

This piece can be worked in stripes, or in a single colorway, creating a blank canvas for creative embellishment, such as buttons or embroidery. Perfect for summer days, or layering during the cooler months.
