Kismet is knit in fingering weight yarn, constructed from the bottom up featuring a lace detail in the front. The split hem is worked flat, body is worked in the round, and then worked flat again for the armhole division and neckline. Sleeves are picked up and knit in the round, collar is picked up and worked flat and then seamed at the overlap to the lace section in the middle.

There are instructions included to mix and match armhole depth with different body circumferences to tailor your perfect fit. It can also be knit without the lace section.

Kismet is intended to be worn with 6-10”/15-25.5cm of positive ease in the body and 0-6” of positive ease in the arms. Sizes have a finished bust measurement as follows as well as the estimated yardage of fingering weight yarn required:
1: 34” / 86.5cm - 950yds / 868m
2: 38” / 96.5cm - 1010yds / 924m
3: 42” / 106.5cm - 1170yds / 1070m
4: 46” / 117cm - 1265yds / 1156m
5: 50” / 127cm - 1350yds / 1235m
