KISS BLANKET
Keep It Simple Stripes Blanket was born out of a need for a simple meditative project in hand. This is a colour block blanket worked in two raws garter stitch stripes, knitted back and forth while alternating between two colours in each block. There’s no right or wrong side. One side creates clean sharp stripes while the other side makes merging stripes and I really can’t tell which one is prettier. The result is a super soft, colour block stripes blanket framed with a smooth I - cord traveling around the edges, followed by two rows of a crochet Slip Stitch as a tiny little detail for a tidy finish.

BLANKET SIZE
37” x 49” (94 x 125 cm) Measured after blocking.

YARN
Sport weight 4 ply cotton - 21 balls of 50 gr each. Kiss Blanket is made of 19 different colours of GrannyKit cotton + one more ball of both colours #5 & #13 for the adging. If you use Kiss Blanket yarn pack, you’ll get your cotton balls marked with #1 #2 #3… so you know in what order to use them. Colours shared on last page and on Etsy pictures.
