This is a lovely made to measure top
You can use any yarn and any hook but the best would be a DK or 4 ply yarn.
The top is worked in rounds and the panels in rows. The panels are then join together with a decorative stitch.
On one of the panels is where you will have the “kiss stitch”.
You will then proceed to make a cute and dainty lace decoration on the collar.
You will love thus top on itself or as a layer for colder weather.
