The Fan Stitch dishcloth pattern, simply put, is a gorgeous feminine stitch pattern. A lovely choice for designing not only dishcloths but shawls, cowls, scarfs and so much more. I chose this stitch pattern for a bridal shower I was attending. The bride loves Victorian Lace and her favorite color is purple. I used the dishcloth for the gift topper for my bridal shower gift. She loved it. A sweet lady wrote and told me she used this dishcloth pattern to knit up a long skinny scarf for her daughter. She was very happy with the result and her daughter loved her new scarf.

Materials I used - Lily/Sugar’n Cream. Color - #01317/Hot Purple – 1 skein. Size US6 (4mm) knitting needles. Gauge - 16.5sts/4″ in fan stitch pattern. Dishcloth measures 8¼″x8¼″.
