Is there anywhere cozier or more surrounded by warmth and love than the kitchen table?
…OK, yes, an argument could be made for your bed, or your couch, and maybe even for the bath, but stay with me because what you have here is a cardigan and not any of those other very delightful things. And what’s most important is that the Kitchen Table Cardigan is a cozy, warm, super hygge cardigan that you will love knitting and wearing!
Plus it has nice big pockets, because why do they keep making phones so huge these days? But don’t worry, I got you. The pockets on Kitchen Table can fit your emergency copy of Frog and Toad Together, so it can definitely fit your phone! And also: snacks.
The Kitchen Table Cardigan is worked seamlessly from the bottom up. After the split for the arms the back and fronts are worked separately and the live stitches are seamed together at the top shoulder. The sleeves are worked from the shoulder to the cuffs, and finally the button band is worked as an applied edging, knitted directly on to the body of the sweater. The pockets are inset and have a fun contrast color lining.
