One pair uses less than half a 100g ball of double knit yarn.
You can use any colours - you could do them all in one colour, or use 1 colour for the mitts and another for the paw pads….or go wild with your choices and use up odds and ends from your stash! Why does the front need to be the same colour as the back?! IT DOESN’T :D Why do the paw pads all need to be the same colour?! THEY DON’T!! :smiley:

The pattern is written in US stitch terms. Sizing will depend on your tension - but you can make 1 piece up quickly to check sizing, then use a smaller or bigger hook size to tweak it to fit :)
