Klystron is an asymmetrical garter stitch shawl with an intarsia panel and brioche detailing worked end-to-end. Use full skeins of fingering weight yarn from your stash, or use mini skeins and leftovers for your CC to create a multi-colored masterpiece. The chain edging is created with slipped stitches as you knit the shawl for a clean finish with no fuss.

Size
72” (183cm) wingspan
21” (53cm) deep at deepest point

Yarn
Shalimar Yarns Aerie
(70% Superwash Merino/20% Kid Mohair/10% Silk; 100g=420yds);
MC: Enchanted, 1 skein
CC: War & Chocolate, 1 skein

or approx. 700 yds of fingering weight yarn (420 yds MC & 280 yds CC)

Note: If your gauge is different, you run the risk of needing more than 1 skein of Aerie in your MC! I had only a very small amount left after I bound off.
