Knickers are knit from the bottom up. Each leg is knit as one piece and they are joined at the crotch. A casing for an elastic waistband is picked up and knit at the top. An 8” zipper is placed in the front center, and a fastener added to the waistband. Ribbed cuffs are picked up and knit at the bottom.

The garment is pictured on the cover of the magazine.
