A simple pumpkin with endless possibilities! This pattern was designed holding a light fingering weight yarn with a lace weight yarn. I did this because I think it’s exciting to see how the two can play together, especially if you’re using different colors. In one of my samples, I swapped to a green mohair yarn to give the appearance of a pumpkin plucked a little too early.

This pattern is incredibly customizable. Gauge is a loose guide. If you’d like to make a similar pumpkin, feel free to have fun with different yarn weights and needle sizes for different sizes! This can be a great opportunity to use your scraps.
