My new grandson was the inspiration for this sweater design. Knitted from the shawl collar down, (so there’s NO picking up stitches around the neckline later!), it is knit in-the-round from the armholes down, (so there’s NO seaming afterwards!). Worked in #3-light wt./DK yarn, these lovely sweaters can be knit in short- or long-sleeve versions in five sizes (3m, 6-9m, 12m, 18m, 24m). They are great for boys or girls and are designed for comfort around the neck, with ample ease around the body and arms. For your convenience, the directions for the sizes have been separated, so you won’t have to “search” for your size as you knit, and you can print out only the size you need each time. These sweet sweaters make wonderful gifts for special little ones!
