THE KNITONOMY SACO V-NECK

The Saco V-neck is a top down knit.
The shoulder slope is created by German short rows.
The shoulders are worked separately in rows. Then, they are joined at the center front.
The back and the front are joined at the underarms and the body is worked in the round.
The stitches for the neckband are picked up along the neck edge and worked in rib.
The stitches for the sleeves are picked up along the armholes and worked in the round to the cuff.
