This is a simple knitted baby blanket pattern featuring a cable detail on one side. It uses 1.5 balls of DK yarn, the photo shows it worked up in a self patterning yarn. Suitable for beginner knitters. Exact tension is not required for this pattern.

The blanket in the picture has two purl stitches added either side of the cable section to make the cable really stand out. These are not included in the written pattern.
