20 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches
in Cast on 80 stitches with smaller needles. Work k1, p1, ribbing for 7 rows. Switch to larger needles and work in stocking stitch until piece measures 3 1/2 inches. Work for 6 more rows in stocking sticth.
