This is PDF Knitting Pattern for Knitted Dreadlock Hat for Woman, with opened end (for high gathered ponytail).

Easy to knit Hat for Dreadlock lovers. You do not have to hide your nice dreadlocks under the hat in cold season!

Hat is knitted in a round with fine wool yarn. Yarn thickness is between 2 and 3. It is a pity, but I think Teksrena does not produce this yarn anymore. But I am sure you will substitute this yarn easily.
Gauge given above is in stockinette stitch in single colour.
I use smaller needle (2mm) to have denser fabric.

Fine wool yarn allows to have more stitches and to make nicer and more interesting colorful pattern. Small scale pattern prevents long yarn pieces hanging inside and hat. We have the short yarn pieces inside the hat and they do not stick to the dreadlocks!
Size of hat - 59cm (23 inch) around the head.
