A quick and simple Cowl Pattern that can be made in a day.
Warm and Soft. Snugly and full of texture.
It is “one size fits all”. Great concept, not only can you wear it about your neck and let it drape down. You can wrap it once more around your neck for added warmth or instead of the second wrap around the neck, place it over your head to keep your ears and top of you head warm. It really gives the Cowl a classy look.
Its worked on a size 13 Circular Needle so there is no seam
or multiple pieces. A novice should be able to make this pattern.
The entire design is Knit, Yarn overs and Knit 2 stitches together.
Once started the rhythm of the design will keep it going without
referring to the pattern.
I used 1 ball Sidar Bouffle’ 109 Yards, which is a Chunky Boucle Yarn. I have not tried another type of Boucle, but I sure other brands will work just a nice.
Sidar Bouffel’ will be added to my website www.StitchNiche.com shortly, I carry 6 colors. however, Sirdar sells and additonal 3 or 4 additional colors not shown on my website, but can be ordered.
The only materials needed are the yarn, circular needles and one stitch marker to mark the beginning of each round.
