Knitted Haramaki "Onsen"
HARAMAKI (TUMMY BAND) — KNITTING PATTERN (PDF) - EN | DE | FR | RU
⭐ If you, like me, love meditative, repetitive knitting — when there’s nothing to count, nothing to plan, and you can just keep knitting round and round, enjoying the soft yarn and the calm rhythm of the process — this project is made for you. About 98% of this project is exactly that kind of soothing, easy knitting in the round with simple 2x2 ribbing. It’s a perfect project for beginners or experienced knitters looking for a “zen” craft.
⚡ A Haramaki is a traditional Japanese accessory designed to keep your core warm, promoting wellness and comfort. Haramaki is worn around the belly to increase body heat retention. Perfect for yoga, cold winter days, or simply feeling cozy at home. It’s not just a garment; it’s a “warm hug” for your body that you can create with your own hands.
