This is a very light and warm winter hood, that was first published in Godey’s Lady’s Book and Magazine, in 1862. It is knit with wool yarn, lined in taffeta, and bordered in ultra soft, wind blocking turkey feathered boas. I have adapted the pattern to make it mathematically correct and modern knitter friendly.
