I wanted to create a basic beginner friendly pullover that everyone can knit. If you have never knitted a sweater, this is a perfect first sweater project.

This sweater has a raglan construction and is knit in the round from the top down (meaning you can try it on as you go and add or remove length). The yoke is shaped along the raglans for a classic style. The sleeves are then returned to the needle, picking up stitches for the underarm for a totally seamless sweater!

Intended to be worn with 10 to 20 cm / 4 to 8” ease. To pick your best size, measure your full bust and add your desired ease, then pick the finished bust circumference closest to that number.
Sample shown in size 2 with 17 cm / 6.75” positive ease on a woman who is 177 cm / 5’8” tall.

Main fabric: 4mm / US 6 - 75cm/30” and 30cm/14” circular
Ribbing: 3.5mm / US 4 - 30cm/14” circular

GAUGE
18 sts & 26 rows = 10 cm / 4”
Measured over stockinette stitch in the round after blocking.
The needle size is only a guideline.
If you have MORE stitches than the pattern calls for: your stitches are too small/tight. You need to switch to a larger needle to make each stitch bigger (and therefore take up more space).
If you have FEWER stitches than the pattern calls for: your stitches are too big/loose. You need to switch to a smaller needle to tighten them up.
It is smart to always make a swatch to check the gauge before starting on the garment, as everyone knits differently.
