The hat is knitted in a soft finewool yarn from Glada Fåret, mainly in garter stitch with a lace panel around the head. The top of the hat is tied into a cone with the aid of a line of eyelets and a twisted cord.

The hat is worked sideways, and increases and decreases form the garter into a spiral form on top of the head. The brim is a bit lower at the back to cover the neck and ears.

Mössan är stickad i ett mjukt finullsgarn från Glada Fåret med en botten av rätstickning och en spetsbård runt skulten. Toppen av mössan snörs ihop till en festlig “strut” med hjälp av en hålrad och tvinnad snörning.

Mössan stickas på tvären, och ökningar och minskningar gör att rätstickningen bildar en spiralform uppe på huvudet. Mössan går lite längre ner bak, och öronlappar täcker öronen.
