Knoten is German for knot, and that is exactly what the cabled ribbing on this cowl looks like.

The cowl features a classic design that is both stylish and functional. The ribbing ensures a snug and comfortable fit, while the cabled pattern on one side adds a touch of elegance to the overall look. The ribbing is elastic, so it will fit well in lots of sizes, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish accessory to wear during the colder months.

Materials:

110 - 150 m/120 - 165 yds of any Aran weight yarn in colour of your choice
5 mm dpns or circular needle for magic loop

Grey sample uses 110 m/120 yds of Caron Simply Soft Tweed in Col. Gray Heather

Gauge:

24 sts and 25 rounds = 10 cm/4” in 2/2 ribbing unstretched

Size:

20 cm/8” high, 17.5 cm/7” wide (unstretched), stretches to up to 30 cm/12” wide and fits snugly due to the ribbing
