The Kraka vest is worked top down in three types of yarn: silk mohair, alpaca and merino wool. It has deep armholes and a rounded neckline in intarsia. The rest of the vest is looser. The bottom edge has two stripes above the ribbed border. The edges for armholes and neck are picked up and worked in twisted rib. The vest is seamless.

Gauge

10 cm x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) = 17 sts x 28 rows
Recommended needles

Intarsia
The triangular pattern on the back and front are worked with intarsia. You knit with separate skeins for each colour. When you change colour, you twist the strands on the back, and the stitch is knitted tightly to avoid gaps.
For this pattern you need 1 green and 2 offwhite skeins.
Twisted rib
The edges are worked in twisted rib.
