Kram (Danish for soft hug) is a very warm, soft and cozy winter shawl that drapes nicely around the shoulders and keeps in place without a pin. The shawl is knitted in one piece starting at the outside edge of the shawl. The shawl has a wide lace edge worked back and forth.

This pattern includes directions for a large (w: 245 centimeters, H: 70 centimeters) and a small shawl (W: 155 centimeters, H: 45 centimeters) - the large shawl worked in Merino One from hjertegarn is shown in the pictures.

The pattern is written for a knitter with medium skills, a knitter who is able to work lace according to a chart, increase and decrease and knows how to do a “wrap and turn”.

This pattern calls for a yarn with a 9 stitch per 10 centimeters gauge. i.e. a yardage of approximately 80 meters per 100 grams.

Materials: yarn, knitting needles and a crochet hook for the top edge.

I have a loyalty program where you can choose a free pattern after purchasing my patterns for at minimum of § 25.0.

The pattern does not include finished items yarn etc. The pattern only includes instruction for knitting the shawl.
