CONSTRUCTION
The shirt is crocheted seamlessly in the round from the top down: the body is worked in double crochets and the sleeves in a mesh stitch pattern. You begin with the neckline and divide the work into four sections.
As you continue, increases are worked evenly at the four corners (= raglan lines) until the yoke has reached the required height and width and the required sleeve circumference. From there, only the body is continued in spiral rounds to the desired shirt length. Optionally, waist shaping can be incorporated.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL
You should have basic crochet skills, be comfortable with the basic stitches, and be able to follow a detailed written pattern.
