Finished dimensions-
The circumference of the cowl is 24 inches, so it will fit comfortable over your head. The length of your cowl is up to you. I made mine 12 inches long.

Materials-
I used Red Heart Super Saver yarn in spring green with a US8/6mm circular needle. You will also need scissors and a tapestry/darning needle.
