Inspired by the beautiful island of Krk (Croatia), its rich history of lacework, Baška tablet, and its ornamental pattern - pleter, these socks are the first in Tea Bercek Balkan Heritage sock patterns collection. Her wish is to capture the rich history and knitting styles of the Balkans and reinterpret them as modern and wearable designs.

Sizes & measurements:
M ( L)
64 (72) sts

Further sizes can be achieved by going up or down a needle size.
Suggestion, if you feel like you’re between sizes, knit the smaller size, but go one size up with the needles.
The length of the leg/sock can be easily adjusted by knitting more or less of the foot section.

Recommended ease: Approx. 1” / 2.5 cm of negative ease.

Notes:
Charts & written instructions are included. You will find charts on the last two pages of the pattern.
