Kuchi Kopi Potholder
Kuchi Kopi is a character from Bob’s Burgers. He’s described as a book character who can be different things to different people: an agent of chaos, a catalyst for emotional change, or just Louise’s toy nightlight. Bob’s Burgers is my favorite show, so I wanted to design a playful pattern that would be useful and a subtle reference to the show.
The Kuchi Kopi Potholder is crocheted in two pieces from washable cotton yarn before being crocheted together to create a dense surface to protect your hands from hot pans. It’s an easy pattern that works up quickly and gives you the chance to practice a few different stitches.
