This colorful ethnographic mitten is from Perkone in the Southern Kurzeme region of Latvia and is in the collection of the Liepaja Museum in Liepaja, Latvia. The cuff begins with a picot edge and uses two to four colors contemporaneously. The upper mitten is knit with three colors throughout. A total of six colors are needed for this mitten.
