These lovely pillows are not only enjoyable to knit, but they are also soft and fluffy, reminding me of an elegantly dressed Beast (or La Bête, in French). They can be knit using whatever color(s) you wish - to match your living room, bedroom or any special place in your home.

This pattern uses a different color for the trim bind off, but you could also use the main color instead. Covering the pillow forms with pretty fabric in a contrasting color really makes these pillows unique and attractive for any room in the house.

(The yardage shown above is for ONE pillow only.)

Notions Needed:

6 large stitch markers, 16” pillow form, scissors, tapestry needle, row counter, 4 extra large stitch holders or waste yarn for holding live stitches before binding off, tape measure and (optional) 2 fat quarters (18” x 22”) of cotton quilting fabric in a contrasting design/color, matching sewing thread, sewing machine (or sewing needle for hand stitching)
