The La Boca shawl is based on a travel story to Argentina - the city of the Tango. It was the eleventh chapter of my book Journey and Crochet Journey. The books are retiring soon; therefore, the patterns are also available individually as a download.

Yarn requirements for this pattern:
1 Scheepjes Whirligig color 210 Plum to Ochre, which comes in cakes of 450 grams with a length of 1090 yards of yarn. The yarn exists out of 20% alpaca / 80% virgin wool.

Crochet hook(s) needed: 5.5 mm crochet hook

Size: The shawl has a triangular shape. After blocking, the longest side will be approximately 65 inches, the two smaller sides will be around 51 inches long, and the depth of the shawl will be about 39 inches.

The pattern contains written instructions guided by a chart. It is available in English (US terms) and Dutch. After purchase, you can download a PDF file in your preferred language.
