The body of this carryall is worked using the netted stitch, which is reversible. The garter stitch is used for the edging and handles so that they too would be the same on both sides. Aside from the “seam” on the inside where you pick up and knit stitches for the edging, the bag is exactly the same on both the outside and the inside.

Construction:

The body of this bag is worked flat in rows. You will then add a small edge to each short end of the bag. Then you will add an edge around the long edges, adding handles as you go, working in the round.
