This little puppy was made with Stylecraft Special DK in shade 1710 Stone but any other standard DK would serve equally well.

The pattern is very straightforward using only double crochets, double crochets 2 together and slip stitches and should be no problem for someone with average crochet skills.

The head and body are both worked in the round. The legs are worked flat and then sewn up.

You will also need a little toy stuffing for the head and some dark brown embroidery thread or two strands of some split yarn, for the features.
