Description: This wrap has a modular look, without the modular work! Two colors play together seamlessly to create a pretty and interesting garment featuring jagged lace edging on one side (like the laciniated edge of a leaf), a slipped-stitch pattern in the middle, and knit-in I-cord on the other side. The best part is that only one color of yarn is active at a time, so it looks way more complicated than it is! Instructions are provided in text and chart.

The sample photos are shown in colorways Sapphire and Sea Glass.

Size: After blocking, length approximately 60 inches; width at widest point approximately 22 inches
Needles: US Size 5 needles which can accommodate the project width up to 24 inches.
Gauge: Approximately 24 sts = 4” in Stockinette Stitch

Yarn Requirements: Two contrasting colors of Sock-aholic® Serene (or other fingering weight yarn) are required. Main Color requires approximately 425 yards, and the Contrast Color requires approximately 280 yards.

Sock-aholic® Serene from Knitters Brewing Company is dyed by hand at our brewery using a wonderfully soft 4-ply Luxury Sock Yarn made from 50% FS Alpaca, 30% Fine Merino, and 20% Tencel. Each skein contains 470 yards, and knits at a gauge of 7-9 stitches per inch using size 1-2 needles. This yarn is fabulous for warm yet lightweight garments, and its softness makes it a pleasure to handle and wear.

Washing Instructions: Hand wash in cool water. Roll in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring), and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.
