PATTERN
Lacy Bits Tee is a twin pattern of the Lacy Bits Cardigan.
This pattern offers you lots of creativity along the way as you decide whether to use the challenging short row technique and to apply the crochet edging or not. If you are a beginner, you should keep it simple, just knit the tee in a square style but still with the beautiful lace pattern. Risky parts of the pattern are supported by helpful step by step tutorial on Hunglish Knitter YouTube channel.
The tee is worked from the top down. First the back yoke is worked flat with the optional Bobbi Pin short row technique to shape the shoulders. Then, each shoulder is worked separately, also with short rows. The shoulders are then joined to form the front yoke. The front and back yoke are joined at the underarms to form the body. The sleeves are worked from stitches that are picked up and knitted along the armhole openings with Bobbi Pin short rows again. The tee is finished with crochet border along the bottom of the body, the neck and the sleeves.
