I have also found that you don’t need a lot of yarn to make most doll’s, dresses especially if you are using 4 ply yarn. So it’s a great way, to use up spare yarn.
I used 4 ply yarn with a 3.5 mm crochet hook . Depending on the size hook you use and the size of yarn, your finished product may measure differently.
This should fit most Barbie type and Disney princess type dolls

Abbreviations in US terms
MR =Magic ring
CH = chain
ST = stitch
SC – single crochet
INC= increase (2 SC in one ST}
DEC = decrease ( 2 SC together}
SLST = slip stitch
DC = double crochet
DCINC = 2 DC in one ST
HDC = half double crochet
( ) = repeat instructions in brackets as per number of times indicated
