About the Knitting Pattern
The Lacy Snowflake Dresses are designed to fit babies and children from birth to 7 years old. Knitted in double knitting (DK) wool, the pattern includes both a short sleeved version and a sleeveless style, making it ideal for year round wear and easy layering. The skirt features a delicate lacy snowflake design, while moss stitch edgings frame the bodice and hem for gentle structure. A button band fastening at the back ensures easy dressing and a comfortable fit. The pattern is written in English and supplied as a digital download PDF.

Design Details
The front and back are knitted separately and sewn together. The moss stitch neckband is added by picking up stitches, and stitches are also picked up to create the button band at the back. You can choose between short sleeves—knitted separately and sewn on—or a sleeveless finish with moss stitch armhole edgings.

Designed for double knitting (DK) wool. Suitable alternatives: USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply. Dresses shown knitted using:

• Rico Baby Dream DK Uni – Grey (017) for the sleeveless dress

• 3.25 mm (USA 3) straight needles
• 4.0 mm (USA 6) straight needles
