Lacy Sock

This is a shortie sock with a small frill-edged ribbed cuff. The lacy pattern is around the leg and only on top of the instep. The under part of the foot is just stocking stitch.
If you need a slightly larger or smaller size, you can use a larger or smaller needle. The circumference of the foot is important.
My size 38 foot has a circumference of 9” I like a looser fitting sock, so I use 72 sts and a 2.5 needle 23 cm sock needle. The length of the foot can be easily adjusted by knitting more or less rounds.
The lace pattern uses an 8-stitch pattern repeat.
This pair of socks uses under one ball of fingering weight sock yarn.
I recommend this pattern for an intermediate to advanced knitter.

Needles 2.25mm or 2.5 mm (Pattern written for- 23cm sock Needle.) DPNs and Magic Loop Can be used.
Markers 3 markers (green blue and red, but any colours will do.)
Yarn Fingering weight sock yarn.
Size Ladies Medium 37 (Large 38-39).
