This is Lady Georgiana, an 18th century lady.

She is 14.5cm (5.8”) tall (incl the hat) and is made with light weight yarn and a size 2mm crochet hook.

The pattern is easy to follow with lots of pictures to avoid confusion.
It is available in English and in Dutch.
