This beanie is a tribute to silver trees and jewelled leaves, represented in the lace leaf motif of this beanie and the choice of a silk/merino blend. This pattern is designed for beginners ready to tackle their first lace knitting project.

Will need: 50g of fingering weight wool and 3.0mm (US 2.5) needles with 40cm (16 in) cable and a longer cable or 3.0mm DPNs to knit the crown.
