"Very tall … grave and beautiful… clad wholly in white; and the hair of the Lady was of deep gold… but no sign of age was upon her, unless it were in the depths of her eyes; for these were keen as lances in the starlight, and yet profound, the wells of deep memory." -- JRR Tolkien

Crescent top down majestic shawl… with leaf shapes like crowns… Glittering beads… Inspired by Galadiel, The Lady of the Wood, Ruler of Lothlorien.

Finished size of the sample (in the above gauge) is 90cm (about 35.4 inches) measured along the centre towards the scalloped edge. 4m 10 cm measured along the scalloped edge.

The sample in Gossamer weight yarn Heirloom Knitting Gossamer CashSilk 70% Cashmere 30% Silk 793 yards (725 meters) per 25 grams (0.88 ounces). About 1200 m used and 575 beads.

NB My testers used various amounts of yarn from to 700m to 1200m of yarn as the size of the mesh may differ and consumes a large amount of yarn at a large gauge.
