This garment is worked with additional fabric at the front of the garment to allow vertical gathering to be worked to create a ruched effect at centre front. Large puff sleeves are further enhanced with knitted shoulder pads. Buttons for back neck fastening are also knitted. Simple crochet button loops are worked on the back neck - full instructions are given in the book.
