The woven-plaid look of this rectangular wrap is achieved with a simple seedstitch pattern combined with vertical intarsia columns and horizontal stripes to create a subtle interplay of colors. The wrap begins with blocks of single-color ribbed-cable cast-on and ends with
matching blocks of Vicki’s single-color ribbed bind-off. Twigg seed stitch is worked similarly to regular seed stitch by knitting the purl stitches and purling the knit stitches as they appear. It takes a bit of attention to maintain this alternation, but the results are well worth the effort.
