This is the pattern for the Coat and Boots designed to fit the Lamb Doll CA which pattern is available separately.
The yarn used in the sample is DK with a WPI of 16-20.
The yarn weight can be adjusted slightly but should be the same as the yarn used to make the doll. This will ensure a good fit.
