Lampa
by Judith Greer
This is a great project to learn a new stitch if you are not already familiar with the Indian cross stitch. The bag knits up fast and the finished product looks very nice in the kitchen or pantry. Practical yet elegant. Holds about 60 or more bags.
I did not gauge this pattern because it is so open and really that is the idea. I don’t feel gauge is important with this project. I also used my own handspun, recycled, yarn for this project but any worsted would work.
