1/31 - Week 1: Intro (only time you are charged)
1/11 - Week 2: part 1 (sent as a pattern update)
2/21 - Week 3: part 2 (sent as a pattern update)
2/28 - Week 4: part 3 (sent as a pattern update)
3/7 - Week 5: part 4 (sent as a pattern update)
3/14 - Week 6: part 5 (sent as a pattern update)

Dates listed aboveWILL NOT be set in stone. One part will be released each week listed above, the dates above act as a goals. (We all have lives we live, sometimes things come up.)

To participate all you need to do is download the pattern and stay tuned for an update every week. Once you download the Intro (week 1) you then will pick out your yarn colors, I used mandala by Lion brand in 2 colors. I used about 4 cakes (2 of each colorway) my blanket is toddler/ small child size. You will need more yarn for larger blankets. I’d recommend the following.

Newborn - 3 cakes (1 of each cake + 1 for border)
Baby/Toddler/Small child - 5 cakes (2 of each color + 1 for border)
Throw - 7 cakes (3 of each color + 1 for border)
Queen - 11 or 13 (5 or 6 of each + 1 for border)

These are estimates base on what we used in testing. This highly depends on your particular gauge and hook size. I do not list gauge, because it is a blanket, there for it doesn’t need to “fit”. A body a certain way. I do recommend if you want your blanket a very certain size you will need to make your own gauge swatch before you begin.

This CAL is paid (you only pay ONCE, all the subsequent parts are sent as a free pattern update) however there will be a coupon code posted in this Facebook group with the launch that will run throughout the duration of the CAL.
