Construction:

Lantern is a triangular shape shawl knit from the top down; it incorporates elements of plain stockinette stitch, bobble texture stitch, bobbles and garter stitch.

This project would be perfect for using up stash yarn, as it only requires small amounts of fingering weight yarn for each color.

Pattern includes written instructions only.

MC1: Knit Picks Stroll Tweed (231 yards / 212 meters / 50g), hand dyed, lighter shade.

MC2: Knit Picks Stroll Tweed (231 yards / 212 meters / 50g), hand dyed, darker shade.

CC: Knit Picks Alux (181 yards / 166 meters / 50 g) (discontinued).

NEEDLES: US 5 (3.75 mm) needles, pick needle size to obtain gauge.
