If your socks treat your feet after a long London wander then surely your laptop should be treated too for toting you through the virtual city. A Laptop Sock will express your unending love for your portable personal computer and it’s an excuse to get more knits out in the office. Win win. This is the basic version of the Stitch London Laptop Sock.

ALL CHANGE: To add your own intarsia pattern you can flatten out the laptop sock, add a few stitches to each end for the seam, grab your grid paper and add your intarsia pattern from stitch 2-23 between row 15 and 65 (or the first and last 5cm) of the front of your Laptop Sock. Then sew up the side seam and bottom to make your sock.

Stitch for your smartphone or iPhone by scaling down the Laptop Sock to smartphone size and losing one of the buttonholes. If your MP3 player or iPad or Kindle or e-book reader get jealous you can make one for it too.

See Invader version for intarsia Space Invader pattern.
