Larry the Llama is a relatively fast pattern, thanks to the bulky yarn! This adorable little guy makes for the perfect toy, or decor piece. He is 12 inches from tail to nose, and 13 inches from hoof to ear.

Gauge isn’t critical to this pattern, so don’t fret if you find yourself a little off!

Because of his size, Larry will take a fair amount of stuffing - he can be stuffed tightly, to be firmer and tend towards a decorative life, or stuffed loosely, to enjoy a life of snuggling and play.

Sometimes it’s hard to find the exact yarns used in a pattern, so feel free to substitute! For best results, use a fuzzy yarn with a halo for your main color (which will need to be at least 280 yards worth!), and a smooth, similarly colored yarn as your secondary color (about 75 yards worth). Make his colors natural, whimsical, or outrageous, you pick! The colors and yarn you choose will make a drastic difference in your llama’s appearance, so you will be able to make it your own!
