This pullover is inspired by Scandinavian colour-work designs and my love of flowers all year round!

It is knit seamlessly from the top down, beginning with a provisional cast on at the neck. The yoke, body and sleeves are knit in the round, and then the provisionally cast on sts are picked up and finished with a few short rows and a ribbed collar.

Use any worsted weight yarn that knits to the noted gauge (after washing (blocking), knit in the round). Please ensure your gauge is consistent over both plain st st and colour-work. If your colour-work tension differs from your plain st st tension, you may wish to use a different needle size for the colour-work.

The fit of this sweater is intended to be approximately 2-5 inches larger than your actual chest measurement, but of course you should choose a fit that suits your preference. A schematic diagram is provided showing the key finished measurements to help you choose a size. I knit my sample with about 7 inches of ease, so it is quite roomy!
