CONSTRUCTION
Lately is worked from the bottom up. The body is worked in the round starting with a folded hem until it is divided for front/back. The remainder of the yoke is worked flat and shoulders are joined with a 3-Needle Bind Off. Sleeves and neckline are picked up from the body and knit in the round seamlessly.

Garment is designed to be worn with approx 4.5-5 in/12-13 cm of positive ease and to sit at your high hip (right below waist). Please choose your size according to your actual full chest measurement (or widest part of upper body) and the measurements and information provided on pages 9 & 10 of the pattern.

How to choose your size: Lately is designed to be worn with approx 4.5-5 in/12-13 cm of positive ease. This means that it is designed to fit 4.5-5 in/12-13 cm larger than your actual chest size. With its drawstring hem, Lately should end at your high hip (right below waist, NOT at your full hip) when worn. You can also choose to modify Lately by adding more ease, extending the length to below the full hip, and more. Please use the information and measurements above/below and on pages 9 & 10 of pattern to assist you in selecting a pattern size and/or making modifications.

Measure your full chest circumference (or the largest part of your upper body, keeping in mind that the garment’s chest and hip circumferences are the same). Use that measurement to see which pattern size correlates closest to yours: Sizes 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) (6, 7, 8, 9) (10, 11, 12) are designed to fit an actual full chest/high hip circumference of 30 (33, 36, 39, 42) (45, 48, 51, 54) (57, 60, 63) in/76 (84, 91.5, 99, 106.5) (114.5, 122, 129.5, 137) (145, 152.5, 160) cm. If you are between sizes or would like more positive ease, we definitely recommend sizing up.

For Example: If your full chest (or high hip circumference) measures 35.25 in/89.5 cm you would make Size 3 for a finished garment circumference of 40.5 in/103 cm, which would you give you approx 5.25 in/13.5 cm of positive ease.

There are additional measurements for all pattern sizes in the PDF to confirm your desired fit. Note that the pattern is written to allow for both body and sleeve length adjustments (lengthening either or both may require more yardage). The Lately PDF includes a full page on sizing and fit help instructions.

MODEL INFO & PHOTOS
Kiya is shown in most photos wearing a Size 3 with approximately 5 in/12.5 cm of positive ease. In the last 4 photos Kiya is shown in a Size 5. Kiya is 5 ft 5 in/165 cm in height.

Pattern is available fully written as well as includes charted instruction (also with included written instructions), final measurements and pattern schematic. It has been professionally tech edited and thoroughly tested.

• 16 sts and 27 rnds = 4 in/10 cm in Garter Rib, in the round, blocked, using larger needle ( for body)
• 42-st Quail Stitch Chart (shown on page 8) measures 9 in/23 cm wide, in the round, blocked, using larger needle (for body)
• 17 sts and 26 rnds = 4 in/10 cm in Stockinette Stitch, in the round, blocked, using larger needle (for sleeves)
